What counts as a kitchen action?▾
One successful ADAM-driven PR on a client repo. If ADAM tries and fails (validation error, guardrail violation, build break), it's automatically refunded — failures don't count.
What if I run out mid-month?▾
New requests queue with a friendly “ready next month” note to the client. You can upgrade tier any time and the new cap takes effect immediately.
Do clients pay anything?▾
No. Clients are always free. You pay per host (the agency owner). Add as many clients to as many projects as you want.
How does billing work?▾
Two paths. The default is Lemon Squeezy — Merchant of Record, USD, cards + PayPal globally, auto-renewing every month. They handle tax compliance everywhere, so your receipt is clean no matter where you live. For hosts already in the Philippine economy, PayMongois a second option — pay in pesos via GCash, cards, GrabPay, or Maya. PayMongo doesn’t auto-renew (it’s one month at a time), so we send you a renewal nudge before your cycle ends.
Can I switch tiers?▾
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Prorated. Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
What's the refund policy?▾
14-day prorated refund on annual plans within 14 days of renewal. Monthly plans aren’t refundable but you can cancel any time to stop future billing.
